REFUND POLICY

At Stuck to Striving Life Coaching, I pour my heart, soul, and expertise into helping you grow, shift, and shine. My coaching, programs, and offerings are designed to support meaningful transformation—and that means showing up fully, on both our parts. With that in mind, here’s my official refund policy:

💼 1. Coaching Sessions (1:1 or Packages)

All sales are final. Once you book a session or package, it’s yours. Why? Because coaching is a collaborative process—

and your commitment is part of the magic.

However, I get it—life happens. You can:

• Reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice

• (no biggie, just let me know).

• Cancel with less than 24 hours? That session may be forfeited, unless it’s an emergency. I’m compassionate, but also boundaried—because we’re here to grow, not ghost.

🖥️ 2. Digital Products, Courses, and Programs

Due to the nature of digital content (once it’s in your inbox, it’s yours forever), no refunds are offered on e-books, digital downloads, or online courses. All sales are final.

That said, if you’re having tech issues or didn’t receive something you paid for—absolutely reach out. I’ll make it right.

I’m not here to take your money and run. I deeply care about your experience. If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or like something didn’t land the way you hoped—email me. Let’s talk it through. I’m all about honest feedback, graceful solutions, and keeping it human.
